We are thrilled to announce that Potter Space will be exhibiting at the inaugural National Family Business Show on May 9th at York Racecourse. The show aims to highlight the diversity of the family business sector in the UK and there will be numerous businesses showcasing their products and services at the event. Potter Space Managing Director, Matthew Lamb, will be speaking on the Insights Stage at 11am about the evolution of the Potter brand from a logistics company to a commercial property company.
The organisation behind the show, Family Business United, have also launched a Family Business Britain campaign and their mission has been to collate over 3,000 images from family firms across Britain. The montage will be showcased in York where guests can take pictures, find their images and share on social media using the hashtag #FamilyBusinessBritain. Paul Andrews, founder of FBU is delighted, adding that "Family firms are truly the backbone of the UK economy and it has been great to see so many fantastic images come in for inclusion in the campaign. Family businesses across Britain continue to contribute each and every day through the creation of income, jobs and wealth and this campaign will help to showcase the great things they do too."
