The Team

Rob has more than 25 years’ experience in asset management and has worked for both leading commercial property agents and property owners. Together with Jason, Rob will help take Potter Space into its next stage of expansion and growth.

Chris has over 13 years' experience of asset management working for leading property owners in the North of England. Together with Rob Barker, he will be delivering added value asset management to the estate and its customers. He will also be working on the strategy of the estates as we move through the next stage of expansion.

Glennys joined the team in May 2020 as estates manager. She will ensure the facilitates and utilities that service the Potter Space business parks are maintained and they are safe, secure and efficient for all of our customers. By working closely with our customers, Glennys will also handle any issues which may arise.

Alex joined the finance team in 2023, ensuring the team is supporting business growth through efficient and effective finance processes. Alex initially trained at one of the Big Four accounting firms where she gained her ACA qualification, enabling her to ensure ongoing compliance and development of internal reporting.  

Richard joined Potter Space in 2023 to lead the marketing activity. Having worked across many sectors including Utilities, Legal and Finance, he brings a wealth of experience with him. As Head of Marketing, Richard will drive forward the Potter Space brand to support our growth. 

Judith joined our accounts department in April 2021 supporting the accounts team and assisting the business in the procurement process. Judith now manages the procurement for the construction and enhancement projects across our business parks.

Harriet joined Potter Space in 2021 and will support the finance team with the day-to-day running of the department. As Management Accountant, she will focus on the Sales Ledger and Management Accounts.

Gill joined the team in December 2023 as Contract Administrator and supports the Head of Construction and Quantity Surveyor. Gill brings with her, years of knowledge from her background in Project Management and Operational Risk

Russell joined Potter Space in March 2023 to lead the finance team bringing experience of working in the Construction, M&E and Warehousing sector having initially trained in a Leading Accountancy Practice. Together with Jason and Rob – Russell will help take the business through its exciting next stage of growth and development. 

Hamish joined us as a quantity surveyor in October 2021, and provides commercial support to the in-house construction team, including production estimates. Hamish also works closely with subcontractors to ensure products are efficiently costed and thoroughly managed.

Olivia joined Potter Space in 2023 to act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. She liaises with executive and senior managers to handle requests and queries, alongside arranging travel/accommodation/meetings and is currently undertaking a PA and higher administrative qualification. 

Louis joined the finance team in June 2023 to assist with the invoicing, statements and payment run side of the business. He is currently working through his accounting course outside of work in order to gain qualifications to go alongside his current role. 

Derrick founded the business over 50 years ago and today continues to have an active role as Chair for Potter Space providing leadership of the Board.  

Together with her husband Derrick, Margaret has supported the growth of the business over the decades and supports the team at Potter Space in achieving their overall strategic direction.

Jason joined the Potter Space team in September 2020 and brings a wealth of property experience, having operated at a high level within the sector for more than 25 years. Together with the rest of the team, Jason will be taking Potter Space into its next exciting stage of growth and expansion.

John joined Potter Space in January 2021 and comes with a wealth of construction experience. Together with Jenna, John will oversee expansion projects across our 250-acre estate and will be responsible for all elements of construction, from design through to practical completion.

Jenna has more than fifteen years’ experience of project management and surveying and has worked across both private and public sector clients. At Potter Space, she is responsible for the delivery of new buildings and infrastructure as we continue to invest and grow the business.

Kathryn joined Potter Space in 2023 as Executive Assistant to Jason Rockett.  With over 20 years’ experience of providing business administration support at a senior level, Kathryn will support Jason and the wider leadership team on a day-to-day basis whilst also supporting the Marketing, Events & HR functions.
