As part of our 60th anniversary celebrations, we wanted to do something special to show our appreciation for the customers who have been at the heart of our success. That's why MD Jason Rockett and Chairman Derrick Potter embarked on a unique tour of all five Potter Space business parks, bringing lunch directly to our valued customers with our very own Potter Space food van.
They travelled over 600 miles, fed over 400 lunches, drove over 40 golf buggy trips, served our customers for over 10 hours and had many great conversations along the way.
A Personal Touch from Leadership
Across all five business parks, Jason and Derrick rolled up their sleeves and got behind the serving counter, dishing out hot dogs, nachos, loaded fries and salads to customers across our portfolio. This hands-on approach perfectly embodies the Potter Space people-first philosophy, which has driven our success for six decades.

"After 60 years in business, it's the relationships we've built with our customers that matter most," said Jason Rockett, Managing Director. "Getting out there with the food van wasn't just about providing meals – it was about including our customers in the celebrations so we could give back. We believe that people are one of the most important aspects of any business, and sharing these moments with them is crucial for our 60th anniversary.
Connecting with Our Business Community
The tour provided a fantastic opportunity for Jason and Derrick to catch up with long-standing customers and meet newer tenants across our five locations. From manufacturers and logistics firms to service providers and family businesses, the diversity of companies operating from our parks was on full display as teams gathered for lunch and conversation.

Chairman Derrick Potter added: "Sixty years of growth and innovation is an enormous achievement, and none of it would be possible without the customers. Some are valued partners of many decades, others are newer additions to the Potter Space family, but all of them are immensely valued. Being able to personally thank our customers and spend time with them is one of the best parts of the job. It's these relationships that will take us into the next 60 years."
Supporting Our Anniversary Charity Partner
The food van tour also served a greater purpose, raising funds for St. George's Crypt, our chosen charity partner for the anniversary year. Customers were invited to make donations to play a game of cornhole, with a fabulous hamper up for grabs for the winner. The response from our business community was overwhelmingly generous, reflecting the collaborative spirit that makes our business parks such vibrant places to operate.

Looking Forward to the Future
Whether it's developing small to mid-box units that meet modern business needs, creating spaces that promote wellbeing, or simply taking the time to share a meal with our customers, our approach remains fundamentally unchanged after six decades.
As we continue our anniversary celebrations throughout the year, activities like our customer roadshows are a reminder that people are what drive businesses through.
