Celebrating Glennys Conlon's 5-Year Anniversary

This month marks an exciting milestone at Potter Space as we celebrate Glennys Conlon’s 5-year anniversary with us. Since joining the business in 2019 as Estates Manager, Glennys has been an integral part of our operations team, ensuring that everything runs smoothly across all five of our sites.

Glennys plays an important role in the day-to-day success of Potter Space. Her responsibilities span far and wide: from overseeing site maintenance and property management to ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the high standards in our Customer Charter. She’s been instrumental in evolving this charter into a more complete, success-driven customer journey, one that truly puts people first.

“In the 5 years that Glennys has been with the company, my role has become more streamlined, efficient and, in my view, better", Dave Morrill, Estates Maintenance Supervisor at our Selby site, mentioned. Working across all our sites, Glennys ensures consistent service and attention to detail, no matter where she is. Her behind-the-scenes work keeps things running efficiently and safely, and her proactive mindset helps identify improvements before they become issues.

David Elvy, Estates Supervisor, indicated that “Glennys is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is always so happy and positive—a real people person! I have learnt so much from Glennys over the last few years and continue to do so.”  Reflecting on the last five years, we’re incredibly proud of everything she has achieved. Her dedication, people-first approach, and commitment to excellence continue to strengthen the Potter Space community and enhance our customer experience.

Thank you, Glennys, we're lucky to have you as part of the team.
