Leeds-based Industrial & Logistics specialist, Potter Space, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Andrea Morley as Head of Asset Management, effective 1 September 2025.
Andrea will take the lead in shaping and delivering asset management strategies across Potter Space's five business parks in the UK, which span 1.7 million square feet over 250 acres. She will work closely with the property team to unlock new opportunities, enhance existing assets, and drive long-term value creation. She will also oversee the day-to-day management of Potter Space’s diverse portfolio, ensuring the company continues to offer high-quality commercial spaces tailored to modern business needs.
She will play a key role in supporting Potter Space’s ongoing business strategy as the company adapts to meet its ambitions goals of growth and innovation, continuing to develop high-quality commercial space.

Andrea has held senior roles across the property industry, including Director of Asset Management at Harworth Plc and positions with Lidl and Clugston Estates. Her career spans a variety of sectors, equipping her with a strong understanding of both the operational and strategic aspects of commercial property management, particularly within the industrial market.
