Continuous improvement programme at Potter Space

At Potter Space we believe successful businesses are founded on good relationships. That is why we have always worked closely with our customers and suppliers, and listened to their needs, so we can provide them with the best possible service and facilities.

As a commercial property company, we pride ourselves on our long-term relationships which are maintained, in part, by regularly commissioning research to gain insight and feedback on what it is like to work with Potter Space and to understand ways in which we can improve.

In our most recent research exercise, responses were collected from customers and key suppliers across our five business parks via an online survey, as well as in-depth interviews.

An encouraging response was received, which highlighted improvements made from the first wave of research, as well as highlighting areas for improvement.

The good news is that Potter Space has already taken the feedback on board and we are working to address any areas which need to be improved.

We will continue to monitor issues raised on an ongoing basis and will be conducting further research to gain feedback on our actions, and to help with our continuous improvement programme.

We value both our customers and suppliers enormously and want to ensure that they feel valued and pleased they made Potter Space their ‘home for business’.
