The Potter Space team share their key learnings from lockdown

As we come out of the second lockdown in 2020, our team members wanted to share what they have taken away from the experience.

Rob Barker, Property Director - "Lockdown greeted me with clear skies and song birds with the emergence of spring like no other. It provided a precious window to see how noise and air pollution subsided and provided a vision of another world in which we should aspire to make a difference on a permanent basis embracing thoughtful “green” initiatives in our everyday lives."

Arran Todd, Financial Controller - "After lockdown, I hope that the community spirit and camaraderie remains, with people continuing to check up on their neighbours and the vulnerable. I will also never take for granted our amazing public services and the ability to hug my mum and dad."

Jenna Strover, Head of Commercial Delivery - "One key thing I hope remains following lockdown restrictions being lifted is that across the UK the public will continue to support local business rather than large supermarkets."

Ricky Ho Chan, Estates Surveyor - "One key thing that I hope remains following lockdown restrictions is the ability for businesses to host more online meetings, which allows staff to work from home where possible as this will help promote a healthy work life balance, whilst reducing our carbon footprint."

Glennys Conlon, Estates Manager - "For me the lock down has shown a real sense of community the clap for carers introduced my family to many neighbours and the use of local businesses has been fantastic and I really hope this continues."
